The team @miHAUS have in-depth expertise and knowledge of tiny homes and if you would like us to develop a design based on your specifications, budget and site orientation or 'tweak' an existing plan we can easily work with your ideas to develop and create a home that suits your lifestyle and is uniquely yours.

We will take the time and care to design and build your home - on budget and just the way you have envisaged it to be.  Building a custom home can be a challenging experience however miHAUS have the tools, machinery, staff, skills and technical knowledge to design and create bespoke masterpieces, delivering many amazing builds, every time.

If you prefer something different from our standard products i.e. materials, fixtures or features we will be only too happy to source alternatives to ensure that your build is completed exactly the way you imagined it.

the 7 stage process

 

miHAUS make the process as simple as possible so you can enjoy a stress free build

1.    Contact miHAUS for a consultation to discuss your ideas, alternatively arrange a video call to meet us and if possible do a display home walkaround

2.    Should you wish to order a standard miHAUS design, skip to stage 5

​

3.    If you have a specific plan in mind that we haven't built previously we can work to this and draw up concept plans - a design fee is applicable depending on the complexity of the specification

​

4.    When you are happy with the concept plans this enables us to then provide pricing and detailed specifications.  Because we do not have to outsource major components pricing can be calculated promptly

 

5.    Once you are happy with proceeding to the next stage miHAUS provide a full set of design drawings and a build contract

 

6.    ​Upon acceptance of the Build Contract there is a modest deposit payable with a further 5 progress payment instalments at various stages of the build.  We regularly keep you informed as the build progresses with updates and photographs, and we welcome you to visit to view your project

 

7.    Final Inspection and delivery
