We started to investigate Tiny Houses as an option for my pending retirement back in early 2018. We had very specific needs and wanted the very best quality and functionality to meet our lifestyle.
After searching we visited miHAUS office and after much discussion we settled with contracting Ken and Karen to build our dream. Throughout the planning and budgeting stage we had complete collaboration, and the benefit of their expert advice. During the build we were regularly kept up to date with reports and visits when required.
We have now been living in our Tiny House for over five months. Settling in has been very easy as Karen and Ken’s “miHAUS” has meet our high expectations and more. The workmanship has been superb and the attention to detail excellent. This has made our transitional lifestyle much smoother and we could not have imagined trusting anyone else to build our dream.

Ken, Karen and Charles at miHAUS have been great to work with. We have ended up with an elegant miHAUS, beautifully finished inside and out to a really high spec. The attention to detail has been phenomenal resulting in a house that is really comfortable to live in and we love it. They worked closely with us to design the house to our specifications and were very accommodating when we asked for additional items/ refinements, even designing bespoke items for us. During the build they kept us updated regularly, sending us photos of the construction progress. The miHAUS team was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a tiny house.
I have been living in my newly-built miHAUS home now for more than six months and could not be more happy with it. It was built to my design, on time and within budget – throughout the build I was updated at every point along the way and all details were checked with me as the build progressed.
